Furniture Delivery is FREE to Victorian Postcodes

We also offer a flat rate delivery fee for our interstate customers.

Deliveries outside Victoria will incur a fee, this may be re-negotiated at the time of purchase.

Delivery will be organised by BED + SOFA. The DAY and TIME will also be organised by BED + SOFA

The day of delivery you will be given a 3-hour time frame in which to expect your delivery.

  • You must be at the delivery address from the time given. e.g. 1pm to 4pm you are expected to be there at the 1 pm.
  • You or nominated person must be at the delivery address to receive your goods.
  • If no-one is at the delivery address our driver will endeavour to notify you.
  • A Non delivery fee (a default delivery charge) of $300 will be charged If the goods are unable to be delivered because No-one is at the address to receive the goods. Your goods will be returned to the warehouse, then upon payment of default delivery charge A new delivery day and time will be organised.
  • Your purchase is not refundable because you have not shown up to
    receive your Goods. Your goods will be held in warehouse until a delivery time that suits yourself may be organised.
  • The goods may be left at the delivery address under instruction from the purchaser.
  • However, no responsibility will be taken by BED + SOFA If goods are
    stolen, damaged or weather damaged (not a preferred option)
  • When ordering furniture, you will be notified within 24 hours of the
    expected delivery day and time.
  • Custom goods will take up to 8 weeks.
  • Delivery is not available weekends.

Upon ordering your furniture/goods you will be notified with an expected day and delivery time for all ordered furniture.

BED + SOFA Customer service department will be in contact with you and contactable by you for up-to-date details and confirmation of delivery.
On occasion you may be asked to assist the driver with the lifting of your new furniture/ goods. If this is to be the case, this will be requested by BED + SOFA customer service prior to your delivery.

Victorian customers

BED + SOFA will set your furniture up in your home all packaging will be taken away.

Interstate customers

If your purchase is being delivered by an independent courier, then set up in your home may not be available. You will be provided with a link this will give you clear instruction on the correct way to set up your furniture.

BED + SOFA will negotiate on behalf of our interstate customers a discounted courier fee.

  • All online purchasers will be notified of the expected delivery date, within 24 hours of the purchase.
  • You will be notified your products are in stock and delivery will be within 21 days.
  • You will be notified with an expected delivery day and time for products that will be ordered in or for custom furniture.
  • BED + SOFA quality control
  • Your goods will be checked prior to delivery that they are not defective.
  • You will be asked on delivery to check the goods if you are happy with the product. the driver will.
  • Take photo and ask you to sign for the goods received in good condition.

Purchasing online

  1. Make your purchase.
  2. BED + SOFA will confirm receipt of your purchase within 24 hours.
  3. Your purchase will be processed within 48 hours.
  4. You will be allocated a service contact; this person will be your point of contact. Customer service person
  5. BED + SOFA will notify you of expected delivery day and time 48
    hours.
  6. BED + SOF A will confirm details of delivery upon your goods being in
    stock.
  7. On the day of delivery, you will receive a text confirming time of arrival.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of ordering, and you will be refunded monies paid within 10 days of cancellation.
